Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, popularly known by his initials KTR, serving as the Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Industries & Commerce, and Information Technology. Rao is the working president of the BRS. 

BSR YUVA As an Inspirational Icon of the Year 2015 Mr Rao has Inspired the young talent of Telangana in the information Technology Space. He set up the largest start-up incubator, T-Hub on 5 November 2015. The platform located at Gachibowli is one of Rao's landmark initiatives for the state's young talent pool to innovate, incubate and incorporate new ideas for entrepreneurship. BRSYUVA is one of the initiatives of Mr Rao for Young talent in telangana.
